These premium 30mm x 533mm Trizact abrasive belts feature 3M's microreplicated abrasive technology, where precisely engineered abrasive structures are arranged across the belt surface. As the structures wear, fresh abrasive is continuously exposed, helping maintain a consistent cut and uniform finish throughout the life of the belt.

Unlike conventional coated abrasives that can produce a changing finish as the abrasive wears, 3M Trizact abrasives are engineered for predictable finishing, improved surface consistency and reduced rework.

Ideal for stainless steel, aluminium, nickel alloys, cobalt-based materials and other metals, these belts are particularly suited to intermediate finishing, scratch refinement, pre-polishing and fine polishing applications.

Choosing a Trizact Grade

A160 / A100 – Initial finishing and refinement of coarser sanding scratches.

A65 / A45 – Intermediate finishing, blending and preparation for finer finishing stages.

A30 – Fine scratch refinement and preparation before polishing.

A16 / A6 – Very fine finishing and polishing where a smooth, refined surface is required.

For best results, progress through the appropriate Trizact grades rather than making very large jumps between grades.
