150 x 1220mm Zirconia Linishing Sanding Belts are designed for professional metalworking, fabrication, weld grinding, deburring and general workshop applications.
This listing combines TAF Zirconia belts in the aggressive 40 and 60 grits with VSM ZK713X Zirconia Alumina belts in 80, 100 and 120 grits, allowing you to select the appropriate abrasive for heavy stock removal through to surface refinement.

TAF Zirconia – 40 & 60 Grit
The coarse TAF Zirconia sanding belts are designed for demanding stock removal and grinding applications. Zirconia abrasive offers excellent cutting performance and durability compared with conventional aluminium oxide belts, making these grits particularly effective for weld removal, deburring and aggressive metal sanding.
TAF belts feature a heavy X-weight cotton cloth backing with resin-over-resin bonding for strength and durability during demanding linishing operations.

VSM ZK713X provides high stock removal rates even at relatively low contact pressure, making it suitable for versatile dry grinding applications such as deburring sheet metal, blending surfaces and preparing components for subsequent finishing.
