Soudal Multibond SMX25 Adhesive Sealant 600ml Sandstone is a premium Hybrid/MS Polymer adhesive & sealant designed for Australian trade and DIY use. A low modulus, highly flexible, high quality joint sealant. It is based on SMX® polymer. Multibond SMX25 has excellent UV resistance, elasticity and can be sanded and painted with most types of paint. Once cured forms a strong, flexible, waterproof seal and bonds to the widest range of substrates.

Recommended applications
Ideal for a wide range of sealing applications including - expansion joints, masonry & precast concrete joints, can be used for damp surfaces such as bathroom & kitchen area, for walls, window, door frames and perimeter joints, for sealing expansion joints, concrete panel joints, brickwork & block-work joints, etc.
How to use
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, oil and loose material. Cut nozzle to desired bead size, apply an even bead, then tool/press into place within working time. Always check compatibility on sensitive substrates and follow the technical data sheet where applicable.
